Anjali Chaturvedi on Leading with Integrity and Compassion Through Challenging Times
The world has been turned upside down in the past week, so I’m glad to be able to share with you now the wisdom of Anjali Chaturvedi. Anjali is the Assistant General Counsel for Investigations at Northrop Grumman and also served as the attorney in charge of criminal and SEC investigations at BP following the Deepwater Horizon accident. A former prosecutor, she’s sat with those who have lost loved ones and has had plenty of difficult conversations (not all of which have gone perfectly). She leads with empathy, honesty, and compassion, and shows by her example that a strong leader is one who cares about more than your output. Her take on why and how leaders should address crises outside of the workplace seems particularly relevant right now.
