Change can create fear, especially when it comes without communication and support. When we are afraid, it’s more difficult to think creatively, to solve problems, to communicate, to recall what we’ve learned, and to make good decisions.
In these times of economic uncertainty, it’s therefore crucial for leaders to recognize the anxiety that is likely affecting their team and address it proactively.
